The Monthly Maintenance package is a fixed THB 6,000 / month and includes pool care (2×/week), gardening (2–3×/month), garbage disposal (3–4×/week), handyman support (as needed), and common-area care (1–2×/month). Optional add-ons include pest control (~THB 13,000/year), standard cleaning (by request), and deep cleans (THB 6,000/time). Spending thresholds apply for incidental works; urgent issues are flagged immediately.
